- Lab opening hours for levels 5,7, and 8
of S Block, Gardens Point
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am until 10:00pm
- Level 6 is open 24 hours 7 days week as is R303 at Carseldine.
- Basic password changes - please visit a IT Helpdesk on any campus.

Self-help restore procedure
- Click the Start Menu and then the Run option
- Type h:\.ckpt in the dialog box and click OK
- You will be presented with a directory with the last week's worth of backups shown in date-format.
- Enter the appropriate directory and copy the files from here.
