Research

Cover of the book My particular research interests are in secure cryptographic protocols though I also have an interest in many area of computer and communications security and also in cryptographic algorithms. Find the latest crytpography news from the IACR. A great source for the latest news in computer security is the electronic newsletter Cipher. If you are looking for cryptography literature I recommend starting at Helger Lipmaa's Cryptology Pointers. An incomplete list of my own publications is available.

If you are interested in security proofs for key establishment protocols you may like to refer to the Protocols Lounge maintained by ISI PhD student M. Choudary Gorantla (based on a previous lounge by Raymond Choo).

The Crypto Reading Group meets, normally every two weeks, to discuss recent and important papers.

Other Interests

I used to play a lot of chess when I was younger but I am currently in retirement (probably temporary). I can sometimes be found lurking on the Free Internet Chess Server.
